A family staple since 1937
Our story began in 1937, when Lluís Carulla founded Gallina Blanca, a small family business created to provide affordable, nourishing food during Spain’s post-war years. Since then, Gallina Blanca, together with El Pavo, has been part of everyday cooking in Spain: first revolutionising kitchens with bouillon cubes and innovative advertising, and today continuing to evolve with new solutions such as Yatekomo, designed to meet modern consumers’ needs and lifestyles.

In a country renowned for its gastronomic heritage, our iconic Liebig brand has earned a place in French kitchens for over 150 years.
